Champions Are Back – And So Are We

We’ve been a bit quiet lately — not because we weren’t working, but because we were working deep. Over the past few months, we’ve been heads-down rebuilding some of the core infrastructure of AI Game Master. The kind of work you don’t really see on the surface, but you feel — in speed, stability, and how easy it is for us to build and fix things going forward.

It wasn’t easy. Honestly, it was exhausting. There were moments we wished we could just skip ahead to the “fun” updates — the flashy features, the cool reveals. But we knew this had to come first. The foundation needed love, and we wanted to do it right.

Now we’re finally on the other side of it.

And today, we’re rolling out the first big update from this new, improved base — and it’s one we know many of you have been waiting for:

Your favorite characters can once again be saved, remembered, and spoken to anytime — even when you're out of tokens. But they’re not just back — they’re smarter, more responsive, and more fun to talk to. We spent time making sure this feature didn’t just return, but came back stronger than before.

Champions are meant to feel like trusted companions, even when you're between adventures. We hope they now feel closer to that vision.

🛠️ Under the Hood: What Changed

This update isn’t just about Champions.

We’ve reworked large parts of the app’s backend and fixed a mountain of bugs along the way. If you’ve had issues in the past — broken UI, weird NPC behavior, weird delays — there’s a good chance they’re gone (and if not, they’ll be easier than ever for us to fix now).

Please, keep reporting anything that still feels off. Your feedback genuinely shapes how fast we improve.
